Poster Printing
Uniprint offers a wide range of printing options, which offer you stunning colour and graphics in a range of sizes.
Size: We can create poster up to a metre wide and any length you like.
Design: Our graphic designers can create a poster for you or you can supply your own on digital files. We can also provide templates for your posters and general advice on the design.
Templates: There are two ways of accessing the Uniprint file server called uniprint-server from a PC (guest access only)
1. You can simply go to the START menu and select RUN. Then enter \\uniprint-server\uniprint-server and click OK. This should open up the uniprint-server as a window on your machine. If you wish, you can then create a short cut on your desktop
2. You can use the Search tool. On Windows XP choose START Search, then the option ‘For Files or Folders’, then the ‘Computers or People’ option, then select ‘A computer on the network’; type in uniprint-server and click SEARCH. This should cause the machine to be displayed in the search results list. Double clicking on the icon will get you to the same point that you get to by method 1.
Once the uniprint-server has mounted, open it up and look for Drop Box for PC Users. You will not be able to open this folder, but just drag your folder or file for printing onto the Drop Box icon and drop it in.
Printing Options: We can use UV proof inks, matte, semi-gloss and gloss options. For outdoor purposes we can use tyvek, a waterproof and rip-proof material. See digital printing for further printing options.
